Qu’est-ce qu’un tachymètre ?
Le tachymètre est comme une petite dynamo qui en tournant produit une certaine tension permettant au moteur de tourner à une certaine vitesse. Le tachymètre produit une tension que vous avez déterminé en choisissant le programme de la machine à laver. En d’autres termes, il permet de dire à la carte électronique à quelle vitesse tourne le moteur de votre lave-linge.Un défaut de tachymètre se manifeste souvent par une rotation rapide incontrôlée du moteur.
Comment retirer le moteur de votre lave-linge ?
En premier lieu vous devez démonter le panneau latéral ou arrière de votre lave-linge
Afin d’accéder à la pièce que vous souhaitez tester, à savoir le tachymètre, vous allez devoir accéder au moteur pour cela vous devez dévisser et enlever le panneau latéral ou arrière de votre machine à laver. Bien entendu, avant de procéder au retrait du panneau métallique, débranchez le câble d’alimentation du lave-linge de la prise secteur. Cela vous évitera un risque d’électrocution. De même, protégez-vous du risque de blessures en déplaçant toujours l’appareil avec l’aide d’une seconde personne.
Vous allez devoir ensuite retirer le moteur de votre machine à laver
Avant de pouvoir tester le tachymètre, il vous faut extraire le moteur de l’appareil. Commencez par débrancher les fils électriques qui y sont reliés puis retirez-la ou les vis de fixation qui maintiennent le moteur en place. Vous pouvez maintenant sortir le moteur de la machine à laver et le poser sur une surface plane.A l’arrière du moteur vous allez trouver une pièce ronde avec deux fils : c’est le tachymètre. Il est tenu soit par un clip soit par une vis. Vous devez le démonter du moteur afin de le sortir et de vérifier l’état de l’aimant cylindrique sur l’axe moteur.
Comment tester le tachymètre du moteur de ma machine à laver ?
Le tachymètre appelé aussi capteur de vitesse permet à votre lave-linge de connaître la vitesse de rotation du moteur. Même si cela arrive très rarement, il se peut que l’aimant du tachymètre soit dévissé ou cassé, vérifiez donc qu’il soit bien fixé. Vous pouvez aussi contrôler la valeur de la bobine tachymétrique, à l’aide d’un multimètre en mode Ohmmètre. Pour cela déconnectez le câblage du moteur et placez les pointes de votre testeur sur les cosses du tachymètre. La valeur doit être comprise entre 50 et 200 Ohms (Ω) en fonction des constructeurs. Si la valeur est nulle ou trop élevée, il se peut que votre tachymètre soit défectueux.
